Swale consists of three towns: Sittingbourne, Faversham and Sheerness, all situated in North Kent and all of them ideal renting areas.

Sittingbourne is a fast growing town with fast numbers of houses being built in the coming years. It has excellent rail and road links, A249, M20, M2, by train to London Cannon Street is one hour. Sittingbourne represents an ideal opportunity for rental properties.

Faversham is an old market town with an historic town centre. Ideally situated with easy access to the A2 and M2, approximately an hour and 15 minutes to London by train and 20 minutes to Canterbury and Ashford.

Sheerness is a seaside town on the Isle of Sheppey. The main feature of the Swale area is the estuary that separates Sheppey from the mainland North Kent. With the opening of the new bridge, the time it takes to travel to Sheppey from Sittingbourne will be approximately 10 minutes.

Medway Area consists of excellent local amenities and easy access to the motorway links and only 45 minutes to London by train.
